MANAGED SERVICES  

Every of our managed dedicated server comes with our Managed Services, which gives our clients the confidence, that they can rest assured knowing that their servers are being properly handled.

In general, except a client opts for an unmanaged server (perhaps as a result of budget considerations), we typically do not offer them; all our servers are managed and backed with our 99.9% Uptime Guarantee.

Our Managed Services include the following:

On an on-going basis, we will carry out the complete performance and security monitoring of your server.

This includes complete monitoring and correction of essential services, ports and resources, as well as on-going upgrades to Operating System, web servers and applications installed by us.

Furthermore, all processes running on your server are continously monitored by our monitoring system, so as to keep your server running efficiently and securely. Our system will find runaway processes that could potentially "hang" your server and kill them. Hack attempts are located and killed.

We will carry out on a weekly and on-going basis a full backup of all data on your server. In addition we will carry out a daily incremental backup (since last weekly backup) of the data on your server.

Data backups on your server are made to a separate server, rather than on yours as some providers do.
