Client Announcement - Change in Prices of Services
Dear Valued Customer,
We have all been witnesses to the persistent worsening of the country's exchange rate for the past few years and the recent general rise in the prices of goods and services in the country. These increases threaten our continued operations particularly our ability to offer the top-quality services you have come to identify with us over the years.
Accordingly, we are compelled to carry out and implement a general review of our service prices, as well. These review has been carried out and implemented for all our services, particularly those with Dollar-denominated cost components, and the new prices have been reflected on our website and our customer portal system.
These price changes take effect immediately and apply to all invoices billed, but yet to be paid for, as well as, to services yet unbilled. As is our custom, should there be notable improvements in the value of the Naira and the general prices of goods and services, at any time, please be assured of our commitment to consider a downward review.
In addition, as domain name prices increases over the years, have made these prices substantial relative to the hosting plan fees, free domain name renewals now apply only to our Premium cPanel Hosting Plans of Advance Hosting and above. In essence, all hosting plans below the Advance Hosting Plan will now be expected to pay for the renewal of their domains as at when these expire from now on.
