Schedule Maintenance - Upgrade of System Software on All Servers
Dear Valued Customer,
Kindly be informed that as part of our commitment to providing unsurpassed quality service, we will be carrying out a scheduled maintenance of all our servers, upgrading the versions of the CentOS operating system and the MySQL Database on them.
Because of the number of the servers, the maintenance have been scheduled to be carried out over the next few weekends beginning from 9th April 2021 and to end on Sunday 8th May 2021. Dedicated server owners would be informed separately by a separate mail the weekend for their servers. We will also send a separate mail to each dedicated server owner when the maintenance is concluded for each server.
This maintenance has been scheduled over the weekend to minimise downtime and we do not expect more than a few hours of downtime for each relevant server at this weekend time.
